We talked about vision boards early last year and I thought it would be a great idea to revisit them. I’m in the process of gathering materials to make my 2012 vision board (this one will be slightly bigger than the two from last year) and wanted to give a quick update on my 2011 vision boards.

One thing I like about vision boards is that they’re constantly out and you can clearly see the goals and aspirations you’ve set; so they act as daily reminders. This was a big help for me since I was able to complete most of the things on my boards during 2011. Now let’s get one thing straight, I don’t set new year’s resolutions; I look at vision boards in a totally different dimension. I use them to put things that I’m working on into visual perspective, things that I know I need to do and/or plan to do.

This year’s vision board is just an extension of 2011; those things I didn’t quite complete, I’ll just continue to work on while adding on new goals. I like to give it a time period so that I don’t procrastinate and I’m always, constantly working. With all of that being said, look out for the video showing you how I create this year’s vision board and what I use!
