So what exactly is BodyPump? It’s a weight based fitness program that incorporates eight tracks, a warm up and a cool down with each song targeting a specific muscle group. During the 60 minute class expect to use free weights including plates, a barbell and a step. You will also work out major muscle groups utilizing squats, presses and dead lifts.
