She tells him that she would do anything to get the papers back. Jake asks her how she knew how many papers there were. She tells him that he said it but he tells her he didn’t. He puts two and two together and tells her that if she knew the number of papers then she had to have been in the mansion before Olivia died.

Pete goes to pick up Raquel and she finds out that he was at a bar. She goes ape shit and tells him that she can’t be with him anymore because there are too many red flags and he was with Sloane right after their first kiss and a whole lot of other stuff that all sounded the same.

After the opening, Jelena returns to Vanessa’s hotel room to find her packing up to leave. Jelena tells her how she really felt about watching her get beat and that she’s disgusted with her mother because she let him beat her and she stayed. She then tells her she abhors weak women. Vanessa tells her that she took those beatings to protect her and keep her father from beating her. Jelena tells her she shouldn’t have and asks her to sign the papers releasing her 10 percent stake in the Devils. Derek asks him how he came to this decision and he tells him that he watched the footage and got the plays from an assistant coach. Derek puts two and two together realizing that he got the idea from German.

Jake shows up at Kyle’s place to tell her that he erased all of her information to give her a fresh start. She thanks him but there’s something in her eyes that make it seem like she’s more involved than she originally insinuated.

Jelena returns home and goes completely mental breaking everything in her apartment. We end with Raquel at the Playground with a file she didn’t return to Oscar’s office. She then places a red envelope in it with her name on it, the same stationary as the other cards everyone else received from Olivia.

Some takeaways…

– I’m over Raquel and her distrust. She has flip flopped so much that I hope she stays single… or at least away from Pete. Don’t get me wrong, I like Raquel but right now she’s really strumming on my last nerve.

– I want Vanessa to stick around for awhile. Finally meeting someone from Jelena’s family tells us a lot about what her deal is. I mean, you can’t just bring Lynn Whitfield in and not has her stay for awhile. Excited to see how this story plays out.

– So many red cards! Olivia was not playing when she went out seeking revenge. When you have too many suspects it makes narrowing down the true culprit very hard. I’m still going to stick to my original prediction. Whoever wanted Olivia dead had to have a very good reason and out of the ones who got cards I think Jelena and Jude had the most to lose… although Kyle did look a little suspect this episode.
