We finally meet precious Jerry and Karen Grant… okay scratch precious. They have a very tense dinner with their parents which results in not much talking. Mellie and Fitz both have their affairs going on behind closed doors with Andrew and Olivia respectively. After meeting with the kids, Olivia asks Abby to look into their backgrounds.

Meanwhile, Pope and Associates is trying to pinpoint B613’s money source with the help of David. Huck doesn’t think it’s a good idea; he believes you either run from B613 or you die. He’s also more worried about getting Quinn out, which Olivia is against because she believes there’s no saving her.

Quinn and Charlie have abducted Dimitri who is tied to Mama Pope and Adnan. Quinn told Charlie about her run in with Huck, leaving out the more passionate details. While torturing Dimitri for answers, Charlie keeps insisting that she tell him everything that happened. She tells him she has and he tells her he thinks they should move in together. They get the info about his meeting with Ivan and relates it to Jake.

Rowan calls Olivia to tell her to stop digging around for info about B613. He tells her that B613 tracks all computers in the town and she’s making herself an enemy.

Mellie talks with Karen who’s upset that Mellie has decided to stay with Fitz despite his cheating. Mellie tells her their marriage is stronger than ever. Olivia catches Andrew and Mellie leaving the room and she tells him to stay away from Mellie because the campaign doesn’t need another sex scandal.

Abby and Huck connect Jerry to an anti-Grant Twitter page. Fitz goes off on Jerry and Karen gets upset running out of the room and walking in on Mellie and Andrew having sex. Mellie tries to talk to Karen but she won’t listen threatening to return to school. She pretty much calls Mellie a whore, liar and cheater.

Adnan seeing things ending very badly for her with Mama Pope finally goes to Harrison for help. She tells Olivia what her mother has been up to and says she will cooperate if she gets immunity. Alone with Harrison, she starts talking about how they could’ve been together. They have sex and once his back is turned she sticks him with a needle knocking him out.

Jake meets with Fitz because Fitz knows that he has Dimitri. He demands he return him to him, but Jake shuts him down with a monologue pretty much telling him that he’s Command and he makes the rules and Fitz should stick to shaking hands and holding babies… more or less.

Cyrus walks in on them and attacks Jake. Jake catches his arm but Fitz tells him to let him loose. He lets him go, but Cyrus tries to go after him again. Fitz gets him while Cyrus continues to yell telling him that Jake killed James. Jake decides to leave and tells Cyrus he’s sorry for his loss.

Cyrus tells Fitz everything that happened with James and how he was going to leak the info about Sally. He tells him that James had to dies pretty much to protect the president.

Olivia tries to get the interview pushed back but the reporter won’t budge and says he’s going on live with or without the Grants. Olivia tries to convince the kids to do the interview but they refuse. Fitz walks in and tells them to do the interview, at least for their mother. Karen tells him that she’s not doing anything for her because she’s a cheater. she then tells him about what happened between Mellie and Andrew. Fitz goes after Andrew ignoring Olivia’s protests and punches him in the face.

Huck has been beating up B613 agents to try to get Jake to meet with him. He sends Quinn to find out what he wants and he tells her he wants Jake to release her from B613. It gets really weird in the eerie Huck and Quinn way, she licks his face, passionately kisses him and tells him pretty much that that’s never going to happen.

Jake pays Rowan a visit to tell him to stop talking to his agents. Rowan goes into one of his monologues telling him that they’re not the same and that Jake will always be alone. Jake tells him that he knows that he’ll have to be the one to kill him when the time comes.

Fitz goes to Mellie and pretty much blames her for ruining their marriage. He demands to know what she’s sacrificed. Olivia walks in to try to break it up but Fitz turns on her and she leaves. Cyrus stops her and convinces her to say telling her that he can’t be strong but she has to help them fix their family, She won’t just be holding the family together, but the country. Olivia goes to Fitz and tells him that she’s working and he needs to do direct his apologies to his family and fix that because that’s his priority. He goes to Mellie and they go to talk to the kids together.

Quinn returns home to find that Charlie has moved into her apartment while Abby and David return to the office to find a passed out Harrison. Adnan set them up to steal the president’s campaign schedule to give to Ivan not knowing that Jake has cameras and agents set up watching them.

The Grants pull themselves together to do the interview. As they’re setting up Olivia gets a call from her father telling her that B613 is being funded by multiple places She asks why he’s telling her this and he tells her it’s because they’re family and they need to stick together.

Some takeaways…

– I really hope this isn’t that last that we see of the kids. I think they added a great layer to the Grant family and I think that they need to stick around because Fitz is going to find out about his daddy raping Mellie at some point. That means his son might actually be his brother…

– Not quite sure what Mama Pope is up to. Her calling Olivia and pretty much telling her to stay out of her business means that she’s up to no good, but we knew that already. The connection with Ivan and getting the president’s campaign schedule makes me kind of think that they might try to kill or frame Fitz.

– Even though Quinn and Huck’s relationship freaks me out I kind of want to see them together. Charlie is also leaning on the crazy side so I’m pretty sure something is going to happen between him and Huck and he just might die.

– The person who I’m like please save is Jake. I was a big Jake supporter, but he has officially gone off the deep end and I blame Fitz for putting him in the Command position. Now Fitz is upset because he can’t control him anymore. I’m still secretly Team Jake and I love how he’s been getting everyone together these past couple of weeks with his own set of monologues.

– I know I’ve been pretty much begging for Harrison background and we’ve been getting it in small doses. Not surprisingly I do want to see a little bit more like maybe a flashback or two…

– Next week we’re going to hopefully get some more insight into exactly what Mama Pope is up to. Andrew calls himself trying to get Olivia together, although he did kind of get her together this episode with his glass house statement. Also, it looks like Jake might go a little cray cray trying to get Olivia to talk to him.
