If you work out a lot you probably know a thing or two about making protein shakes. Here are three quick and very easy fruit protein shake recipes to try for yourself!

 

Strawberry & Banana Shake

1 part frozen strawberries (about 1/2 cup)4 frozen peach sliced
1/2 a banana
About 250 mL unsweetened almond milk
Protein powder (I use half a pack of Perfect Fit protein)

 

 

 

Very Berry Shake

2 parts frozen strawberries
1 part frozen strawberries
1/3 banana
About 250 mL unsweetened almond milk
Protein powder (I use half a pack of Perfect Fit protein)

 

 


Peach Sunrise Shake
About 14 peach slices
2/3 banana
About 250 mL unsweetened almond milk
Protein powder (I use half a pack of Perfect Fit protein)

For each recipe blend in a blender until you achieve a smooth, liquid consistency, adding more almond milk as necessary. Let sit for a few minutes to help protein powder dissolve. Drink and enjoy!
