The main element of any workout would have to be what’s on your feet. How your feet connects to the ground effects your knees, legs, ankles and your overall recovery. This is why finding the right shoe for your particular workout is key.
There are a variety of styles and shapes when it comes to fitness shoes. You will have to try them on, there’s just no way of getting around that if you want an accurate fit.
