Ravioli is a quick and simple pasta that mixes well with other ingredients like vegetables and protein. This quick, hearty and tasty dish will give your taste buds and swift kick of flavor and just plain goodness. Check out how to make this super easy florentine-esque dish below!

*Vegetarian Friendly

Ingredients:

Ravioli 8oz
Half bag of frozen (thawed) or fresh spinach
Cherry tomatoes (halfed)
Black olives (whole)
Olive Oil
Crushed red pepper flakes
Pepper, salt and nutmeg to taste
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook pasta according to directions. Remove from heat and drain water from pot. Toss spinach and seasonings in hot pot with ravioli (keep pot off burner or flame). Once completely mixed, drizzle olive oil and add tomatoes and olives. Completely mix and return to burner or flame, cooking uncovered 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and plate. Top with shredded Parmesan and enjoy!
