THE PUNISHER WAS A BRUTAL MESSY RIDE WITH EQUALLY BRUTAL AND MESSY CHARACTERS AND I’M TALKING ALL ABOUT IT!

The second season of The Punisher dropped on Netflix and it definitely didn’t disappoint. I have to say, I went through a myriad of emotions watching this season as Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) closed the loop on an old foe and encountered a bunch of new ones. There wasn’t much blood left unshed by the end of this season and I discuss all my thoughts on this episode!

It was a slow start initially getting into our new storyline following new character Amy (Giorgia Whingham) and religious foe John Pilgrim (Josh Stewart). I did like seeing us close the loop on Billy Russo (Ben Barnes) and explore the aftermath of how his actions from season one impacted our core group.

Daredevil (Season 3)

Per usual, by the end of the season everyone was a bloody mess and barely holding on. The standout dynamic for me was definitely Frank and Amy’s relationship. I wouldn’t mind seeing Amy in the future in some sort of small capacity.

Overall, I enjoyed this season. I think there’s still more to explore with Frank Castle so I wouldn’t be opposed to a season three. What did you think of this season of The Punisher? Let me know in the comments and on Instagram and Twitter!
