It’s no secret that I’m all about watching television, and with the new season of shows underway it may be a little harder to convince yourself to hit the gym. Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered with a few calorie burning moves that you utilize during those many commercial breaks. Focus on doing one move per break, check out the moves below!

Squats

This should be a no-brainer. I feel like squats are that one move that you should be able to do anywhere. Pump out various variations doing singles, doubles and pulses to really feel the burn.

Lunges

This is also a great exercise to do to get your heart pumping. Again, do reps of singles and doubles and alternate between side and front lunges.

Burpees

You either hate them or love them… more like hate, but it’s a great move that works out multiple body parts at one time.

Leg Lifts

This is a move that you can do during the show and on commercial breaks. Great for targeting those stubborn thigh and glute muscles.
