I’m back with another simple vegan recipe that’s perfect for a quick dinner during the week. This sweet and sour dish is great for singles or families alike. Check out the easy recipe below!
1/2 Package Gardein Crispy Chik’n
5-6 large white mushrooms chopped
1/4 cup mixed pepper strips
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 pack of sauce included in Gardein package
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper, to taste
In a skillet or wok saute peppers, garlic and mushrooms. Once soft, add Gardein Crispy Chik’n pieces and cook through, adding salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/2 pack of sauce and soy sauce simmering on low heat for about 10 minutes. Serve over rice and enjoy!
